Our first generation collection is crafted from fine technical bamboo materials. Bamboo feels delicate as silk when new, but may become to feel more like cashmere after multiple washings. It is recommended to wash in a cold and gentle cycle in the washer. For drying, hanging to dry is recommended or tumble dry on low heat.

DUTY CHARGES AND IMPORT TAX
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our control, which may be beyond the original delivery estimates. International orders may be subject to import duties or charges implemented by a specific country, we have no control over these fees and are not liable for the charges which may incur.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we have received your invoice and payment we will send out a verification e-mail as well as order and tracking number to the e-mail provided to us during the check-out process. With this tracking number you can log onto the carrier website and insert the tracking number we have provided and you will be able to track your order.
We have received your order and your payment successfully.
We have released your order information to our logistics warehouse and they will now begin to pack your order.
Your order has been shipped from our warehouse and is on it ways to you.
PENDING OR CANCELLING STATUS
Your order has NOT processed and we have not received payment.
Depending on your address and selected freight service, your order will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive worldwide.
For all Canadian orders it take 1-3 days for delivery, and for US orders, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have a problem and wish to return any merchandise, just return it using the instructions below and we will be happy to credit or refund it. Prior to shipping back your return, an e-mail must be sent to [email protected] requesting authorization for return, detailing the reasons for the request and providing daytime and evening phone numbers in case the Company needs to reach you. The subject line of the e-mail should be “RA – Order number xxxxx (put actual order number here).
The Company will then issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which must be written on the original invoice you received and this invoice must accompany the merchandise returned. The Company offers: a) a full refund* on all regular priced online purchases of products if they are returned in the condition in which they were sold, with original tags**, within 30 days of purchase. b) a credit-memo on all sale priced or discounted online purchases of Products returned in the condition in which they were sold, with original tags**, within 14 days of purchase. Credit-memos will be for the lesser of: a) the amount originally paid. b) the current ticketed price of the merchandise in question. Please note that if a return is made to us by either the customer refusing the package at the door, or the courier company being unsuccessful in delivering the package due to a miss-typed address, then the default return method will be automatically a credit-memo.
If a return is made due to the Company being at fault, then we will arrange the shipping for you through the courier of our choice. The Company will NOT reimburse your return freight costs should you decide to ship it back on your own expense; no exceptions will be allowed
*If an item is returned for refund, and it was originally sent to you with free shipping, the Company may deduct the cost of standard shipping from the refunded amount, unless we were at fault.
If items that were returned do not have the original tags, the Company will deduct $10 from the amount being credited or refunded, to cover the costs of re-packaging, or add a $10 charge to an exchange.
Only one return transaction per order will be accepted. Therefore, it is best to carefully examine ALL items received to ensure satisfaction before making a return of a portion of your order.
Until the Company receives the returned merchandise, you are responsible for any loss. It is very important that any returned items are in the best (i.e. original) condition possible; you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, so please take care with them. Please retain original packaging and labels.
